Workshop attendees learn science-backed insights and strategies for boosting well-being immediately and for maintaining well-being over the long-term, including those shared in my published self-help books, Resilient Me and Anxiety Free and with coaching clients including CEO’s, managing directors, small business owners, police staff, doctors, housewives, corporate executives, counsellors, a renowned scientist, NHS staff, solicitors, and many more.
Research demonstrates our thinking patterns are linked to anxiety disorders and mood disorders (e.g. depression) and research also demonstrates that positive emotional states are linked to better problem-solving, positive relationships, resilience, and flourishing. In this well-being training workshop, attendees learn methods for healthy thinking habits, emotion regulation, healthier social media use, and self-care including exercise, good sleep and nutrition for mental health, well-being, problem-solving, relationship-building, and more.
Preventative and proactive solutions are covered to help individuals take charge of their well-being.
