As the author of the popular published self-help book, Resilient Me: How To Worry Less And Achieve More, attendees will receive training based on science-backed strategies that I have used with big success time and time again.
Research demonstrates that we face challenges more resiliently when we are already in a positive emotional state beforehand, therefore, attendees will be given numerous techniques for managing their mental health and well-being both during the work/school day and during their personal life. This includes methods for emotion regulation, problem-solving, goal-setting, intuitive decision making, relationship-building, and more.
Preventative and proactive solutions are covered to help individuals take charge of challenges and their mental health and well-being.
